Welcome to Beegiv. This website, www.beegiv.com (the “Site”), is operated by CUSTOMHUB US LLC, 25722 Kingsland Blvd Ste 103F, Katy, TX 77494, United States (“Beegiv,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We ship within the contiguous United States only (the 48 continental states and Washington, DC). See our Shipping Policy for details.

2. Personalized, made-to-order products

Every Beegiv product is embroidered to order using the names, dates, text and options you enter at checkout. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates and selections before you submit your order; we reproduce them exactly as entered. Because each item is made for you, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started (normally within 24 hours of purchase), and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or customer-entered errors. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you submitted, we will make it right as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Reference images and content you give us

If you upload a photo or other reference image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that it contains nothing unlawful or offensive. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the image and the personalization details solely to produce, review and ship your order and to handle customer-service requests about it. We may decline any order whose content we consider infringing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate, and we will refund you in that case.

4. Product information, colors and embroidery

Our products are handmade and machine embroidered on natural fabrics. Small variations in stitching, thread placement, fabric texture and color are part of the craft and are not defects. Screen colors can differ from the finished thread and fabric colors. Sizes and measurements are approximate. We try to keep every description accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Site is free of errors and we may correct information or cancel an order placed on the basis of an error (with a full refund).

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout; we do not store your full card details. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it for any reason, including suspected fraud, unavailable materials or an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full to the original payment method.

7. Production time, shipping and delivery

Most orders are ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days, followed by carrier delivery of about 3 to 7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, especially during peak seasons. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please review our Shipping Policy for rates, address changes and lost-package help.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, embroidery artwork, product photos, text, logos and other content on the Site belong to CUSTOMHUB US LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the underlying design. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs, images or product descriptions for commercial purposes without our written permission. “Beegiv” and the Beegiv logo are our trademarks.

9. Reviews and user content

By posting a review, photo or comment on the Site or tagging us on social media, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content for marketing the Site and our products, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to our products.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy its content, to place fraudulent orders, or to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.

11. Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party services for payment, shipping, reviews and analytics. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and our products are provided “as is.” We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUSTOMHUB US LLC, its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless CUSTOMHUB US LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, the content you submit to us, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at infor@beegiv.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County or Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
