Shipping policy

Where we ship

Beegiv currently ships within the contiguous United States only (the 48 continental states and Washington, DC). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outside the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order. Orders of $150 or more ship free.

Processing time

Every item is personalized and made to order. Most orders are ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days after purchase. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your package anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before your order ships. We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
